Starting with a strategic grounding session, we learn about you.  You get us up to speed on the current state of your business.  What’s most important is that you talk while we listen.  Ignite The Mind will complete a grounding document summarizing the discussion while confirming the objectives and required end results of the brainstorm session.  We’ll know exactly what we’re going to burn and how much fuel we need.​

Once approved, Ignite The Mind develops the facilitation guide used to manage the brainstorm session.   We use techniques and exercises to help both individual contributors and teams to develop business ideas that are both creative and strategic.
